About Cat

Cat is a Reiki Master Teacher and Earth-centered energy healer with over a decade of practice, and has experienced a lifelong connection to spirits, nature, and the unexplained (even before she could explain them).

Her journey began in 2001 when she picked up her first tarot deck and began learning how to give readings. 2009 saw Cat embark on a 9 month apprenticeship in Earth-centered energy healing, and soon after she was inspired to begin studying Reiki.  She opened her first practice in 2011, and completed her Reiki Master Teacher certification in 2014.

A resident healer at Sat Nam Yoga Chicago, Cat has given healings, Reiki attunements, and card readings across the US and as far away as Sydney, Australia. She enjoys nothing more than nerding out over energy work, metaphysics, and spirituality.  Ok, food is a close second.
