Cat is a Reiki Master Teacher and Earth-centered energy healer with over a decade of practice, and has experienced a lifelong connection to spirits, nature, and the unexplained (even before she could explain them).

Her journey began in 2001 when she picked up her first tarot deck and began learning how to give readings. 2009 saw Cat embark on a 9 month apprenticeship in Earth-centered energy healing with Astra Spider Hawk, and soon after she was inspired to study Reiki with Allie Dalhaus.  In 2011 she began offering a blend of these two practices in healing sessions, and completed her Reiki Master Teacher certification in 2014.  Cat's next teacher arrived in 2013, Singingman, an Arapaho ceremonial elder.  She became one of his ceremonial granddaughters, continuing to practice with him until illness took him back to Oklahoma in 2018.  In 2022 she began teaching TerraMa, her own version of the apprenticeship that started it all in 2009.

A continual student, most recently Cat has begun de-colonial work with Dra. Rocio Rosales Meza, and has also been working to reconnect her Reiki practice back to its Shinto roots through teachers including Marika Clymer and Masaki Nishina.
