Begin your journey with the healing art of Reiki, and practice on yourself and your loved ones.

In this Level 1 class, we’ll cover the foundation, history and practice of this gentle, non-invasive method of energy healing. By the end of class, you’ll be able to practice on yourself and close friends and family. Course fee of $160 includes Level 1 attunement, training manual, and certificate of completion.

What to expect:

Intro to energy work & history of Reiki
Chakra Balancing Meditation & Level 1 Reiki Attunement
Traditional Japanese Reiki Techniques
Self Practice Time
Partner Practice Time

Class runs from 10am - 6:30pm with a 1hr break for lunch, and is held in person at Tribe Healing Arts - 1819 W Belmont in the Roscoe Village neighborhood of Chicago. Dress is loose comfortable clothing. Cushioned full body mats are available, but please bring any other blankets or pillows you might need to be comfortable sitting or laying on the floor.

In order to practice community care, masks are strongly encouraged.

Sliding scale is available for people in historically marginalized communities - please contact me to arrange. If you can afford to pay full price, please do so someone in need can also receive healing.
