A 9-month course in Earth-centered energy healing

You believe there is more to life than we’re told. You feel it in your bones.
“Knowing” a loved one was in the hospital without anyone telling you. Seeing light move without a source. Sensing an animal is talking directly to you… and maybe you even understand. But perhaps you’ve felt a disconnect with these experiences and wondered where they came from in the first place. Why are you the one having these experiences?
You may not believe it, but you’re a powerful healer. There is a way to connect with that part of yourself, that also helps to explain these mysteries. You can learn to open your psychic awareness, talk to plants and animals, and connect to your guides.
Following the cycle of nature, TerraMa moves through 9 modules beginning with Air.
Air represents new beginnings, Spring, thoughts, and communication. In modules 1 & 2, you’ll practice meditation and visualization techniques to strengthen your intuition and psychic abilities.
These techniques are the building blocks of the course, leading to more confidence and a clearer connection to messages you receive, whether from guides, dreams, or your own intuition. The truth is, these messages and answers come more easily when the mind is still.
Fire rules Summer, our passions, spirit and actions, and in modules 3 & 4 you’ll connect to the energies of objects, plants, and animals. You’ll learn how to make herbal medicine and connect to your guides. Connecting with your guides is an even clearer way to receive messages and information for your personal practice.
Transitioning to the element of Water, the home of our emotions, times of release, and Autumn, in modules 5 & 6 you’ll learn how to perform healing work by moving and safely releasing energy blocks. Ayurvedic practice believes that water also holds memory, including all stories that have ever been told, and so the study of channeling and divination will take place in these modules.
Modules 7 & 8 focus on journeying, dream work, and visiting ancestors and your past lives as we focus on the element of Earth: the realm of Winter, the physical world, deep rest and the dark of night. From here, you can build a personal practice of prayer and ritual that connects you to your own ancestral lineage based on guidance you’ve received throughout the course.
As we close the cycle, the course ends with a celebration of all you’ve learned in module 9. Together you'll make your own prayer staffs with the guidance you've received throughout the course. Then we’ll gather for a potluck where you’ll have a chance to practice with and receive from your fellow students in a practice party.
I want to be clear that this course is NOT shamanism. Shamanic practices connect to a specific indigenous culture, and TerraMa does not do that. Rather, we learn practices that are universal from culture to culture, allowing you to take them and apply them to your own family history and lineage as it’s appropriate. In fact, we talk about what’s appropriate and what’s appropriation on Day One.
One part philosophy, one part spirituality, and one part lifestyle, this course is a meeting place of the physical world and the spiritual. It is for anyone sensitive to energy who’s looking to develop a healing practice or add to their current practice, while deepening their connection to the energy and living beings around us at all times. No prior healing experience is required.

Hi! I’m Cat, the creator/channeler of TerraMa.
This program is based on my own apprenticeship in Earth-centered energy work, completed in 2010. I've had a lifelong connection to spirits, nature, and the unexplained, and this practice not only helped me make sense of and validated what I'd been experiencing all along, but also allowed me to bring my healing gifts to others. Once I began practicing Reiki in 2011, the two seamlessly blended together into my current healing practice.
I've performed hundreds of healing sessions in the 15 years since, all across the US and as far away as Sydney, Australia. The fact that my own clients asked me to create this course speaks volumes.
I can’t say I created TerraMa as much as I channelled it. The spirit of this course told me how to structure it, which pieces went where, and every time I teach it, it surprises me how perfectly it all fits together. Which is really just how it goes when you work with Spirit.

TerraMa is a 9-month training program, meeting via Zoom one Sunday per month, from 10am - 3pm Central US Time
Workbook, materials, and class recordings will be available on a private platform that you get access to for as long as I'm able to keep the platform running.
Class size limit is 10 people.
